Refund & Return Policy

Exiles Gaming wants you to be happy with your order! We stand firm that we will only sell what we would game with, so if you’re unsatisfied for some reason with your purchase reach out to us at support@exilesgaming.com or call us at ‪(572) 500-9893.

To be eligible for a return or refund the following requirements must be met:

  • Your return/refund must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of the item
  • We must have record of your purchase
  • The item in question must not show signs of intentional damage
  • You must request the return/refund through our established process, which may include providing a description and/or photo of the issue

Certain items may not be eligible for returns or refunds if they show excessive signs of wear and use.

Exchanges

If you have received a damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same or a similar item. This is the preferred method of solving any customer issue with our products. Simply reach out to us at support@exilesgaming.com and we’ll help.

Refunds

In some circumstances we will approve refunds. Our typical practice will be to exchange the item for something the same price or for store credit in the form of a one time discount code.

If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This depends on the payment processor and your bank, so we aren’t responsible for any delays.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@exilesgaming.com.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned, however, they will be considered at the worth the price they were purchased for, not their current or any other past prices.

Shipping returns

We may require a product be sent back to us. In this case, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.

You may be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee there won’t be any issues shipping the item to us.

Items shipped back to you will be sent USPS Priority.
