Basic Handbook

The polyhedral dice sets we sell can be used with many popular tabletop games, such as Dungeons & Dragons®, Pathfinder®, and many others.
From a manufacturing standpoint, it varies. Our sets include acrylic, resin, plastic, some with glitter or shimmer, but all of them with +3 Luck.
We’re really glad you asked! TTRPGs, popularized by the legendary Dungeons & Dragons®, have given so much to people and we’re happy you’re embarking on this quest!
Game Makers provide rulebooks, expansions, and tons of options for how you want to run your table, including free ones on their websites. You can even get started for free just by searching for character sheets, rules, and maps online. Your creativity and imagination await!

We sure are! We’ve all known each other for years and have been playing two of our current campaigns for almost as long. When we say we’re serious about it, we mean it. We even have our own private wiki filled with lore, notable deeds, past and present player characters, NPCs, maps, etc. Our goal is once this campaign comes to an end, we’ll print the entire wiki as a chaptered book, being a memento of our adventures!

Orders
Absolutely! We use SSL to secure your web traffic and have implemented active and passive technologies to detect any security issues.
When your payment is processed it’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe. That means we get very limited information about your payment method, and we never have access to your full payment details.
If you save your payment method to your account, it’s not saved on our servers. Our payment processor handles all of that, and makes it easy to use it during future orders.
Sure can! Simply create an account, verify it, and we’ll save your cart between browsing sessions (depending on your cookie settings), or you can add items to your wishlist to save for later.
Please keep in mind that carts will not be saved indefinitely based on stock.
It’s easy! During checkout change the Shipping Details to the recipient’s address.
If you don’t want the recipient to see the picklist with the price on it, just put a note in during checkout and we’ll help you keep the mystery.
Login, then click your username on the menu bar, and you can view your Account Dashboard to change your information and view past orders or your wishlist.
Currently, we don’t. But we will soon, and they’ll be digital and easy to use right away by the person you send it to.
Oops! Mistakes happen, and we understand that. Contact Support as soon as you realize you made the mistake, and we will do our best to fix it for you. This could include cancelling your order and asking you to re-order, or if the item is the same or similar price, we can fix the inventory on our end.
Once we have processed your order and a shipping label has been created, it may not be possible to correct this. Contact Support anyway and let’s talk about it.
CusRev is a third party review service we use. This projects transparency to our customers so they know our reviews are real and not bots or AI-generated. Visit the Exiles Gaming profile on CusRev if you think we rolled a deception check.

Shipping
We use USPS as our shipper and all orders depart from Oklahoma City, OK. Being central ensures your package gets anywhere we ship quickly and consistently each time you order.
Depending on when you order we may ship same day if it’s before our USPS pickup time, but generally all orders will be shipped by the next shipping day.
Shipping fees vary based on the weight of the order and your location. We don’t calculate them, USPS does.
All order over $35 get FREE shipping!
Sure! When we notify USPS your package is ready to pick up, you’ll get an e-mail with a tracking number. When you click (or tap) the tracking number you’ll be taken to the USPS website to view its status or add it to your USPS Informed Delivery.
We want you to get your items fast, and we’re willing to work with USPS on any issues you may have. That being said, we don’t control their practices or events that could cause their delays.
If you have a special shipping request, such as a gate code or location you’d like it left, enter it into the Order Notes section during checkout.
We’ll make sure your request gets to USPS, however, we can’t guarantee they’ll follow them. We’re still working on a Magical Delivery spell.
Returns & Exchanges
We do, and it’s our preferred method of resolving order issues.
If we’ve made a mistake on your order, we’re going to fix it on our coin. If the issue isn’t our fault, we’re still willing to replace your item, but you may have to pay for shipping.

You’ll receive an e-mail regarding your exchange with an address to send your items to. Once we receive the notification that it’s shipped, we’ll send your replacement out right away.
Depending on the issue, you may or may not have to pay for shipping of the return.

Our typical practice will be to exchange the item for store credit. In that case, you’ll receive an enchanted coupon code for the value of your order that can only be used once, then it consumes itself. Safeguard this code, it can only be used once and it’s up to you to be the one to use it…

If your item was damaged during shipping, we want to make it right even if it’s not our fault. Contact Support and after we ask a few questions we’ll get the issue taken care of.
